Although our offices are located in Las Vegas, Nevada, we have clients in all parts of the United States and around the world.

Peter L. Ashman, Esq. is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a B.A. degree in International Relations and received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 1985. He has been practicing immigration law for over ten years. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and a founding member of the Nevada Chapter. He has served as Chapter Chair of the Nevada Chapter from 1995-1997 and from 1999-2000 and 2001-2002. He is also a member of the national Board of Trustees of the American Immigration Law Foundation, and presently holds national committee positions within AILA. He is a frequent speaker at continuing education programs including the 2000, 2001, and 2002 AILA Annual Conference on Immigration Law. He is married with two children and speaks fluent Thai and Mandarin.
